New Era Compounding is a 503A compounding pharmacy that prepares customized medications pursuant to valid prescriptions or permissible office-use provisions under applicable law.

  • We do not manufacture commercially available drugs
  • Compounded medications are prepared for patient-specific prescriptions or in-office use where legally permitted

Prescription-Based Compounded Medications

No compounded medication will be dispensed without:

  • A valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider
  • Verification of the prescription by our pharmacy team

Office-Use / In-Clinic Use Products (Mandatory Provider Acknowledgment)

By purchasing any compounded preparation for office use, you agree to the following:

You acknowledge that you are purchasing compounded preparations for in-office clinical use and administration to patients under your direct care, and that such products are not dispensed pursuant to individual patient prescriptions at the time of purchase.

You assume full responsibility for:

  • Determining medical necessity
  • Appropriate dosing and administration
  • Patient monitoring
  • Obtaining informed consent
  • Maintaining complete and accurate medical records

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable federal and Puerto Rico laws governing compounded and office-use products
  • Ensure that such products are not resold or distributed outside your practice

You further acknowledge that:

  • Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved
  • They may not have the same safety and efficacy data as commercially available drugs

You accept full responsibility for:

  • Proper storage and handling
  • Clinical use and patient outcomes

Vitamins and Dietary Supplements (No Prescription Required)

New Era Compounding may offer certain products such as vitamins, nutraceuticals, or dietary supplements that do not require a prescription.

However:

  • These products are still restricted to purchase by licensed healthcare providers only
  • They are intended for professional use, recommendation, or administration within a clinical setting
  • They are not intended for resale to the general public unless permitted by applicable law

You acknowledge that:

  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless explicitly indicated
  • Use of such products remains under your professional judgment and responsibility
